Returns

All orders placed with Northern Recon are non-refundable or returnable, unless there is reasonable evidence of a manufacturers defect. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any defects, and provide us with a description of the problem. If there are visible defects, please provide us with a photo via email. If we determine this is indeed a manufacturer’s defect, we will accept the product and exchange it immediately, provided replacement stock is available.

Order Processing Time

We do our best to ensure all orders placed within regular business hours are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of the funds being secured. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next regular business day. You will be notified by email if there is a chance your order could be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as missing customer information like Date Of Birth, unclear shipping instruction, etc.).

Shipping & Handling:

We are a Canadian outlet and currently do not sell outside of Canada. We will ship to all address within Canada. Our preferred courier is |UPS, however, we are constantly striving to reduce unnecessary expenditures for our customers, and may utilize other couriers provided their service and price are competitive. We will ship your confirmed order within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

Restocking Fee
Order shipped , refused on delivery, and returned for refund, will NOT be reimbursed for shipping. A 10 percent restocking fee of the product(s) value will be charged to the customer.
